Greg Bernhardt has been a part of the Los Angeles cooking scene for over 15 years. Greg has worked alongside great chefs such as Ludovic Lefebvre, Joachim Splichal & Neal Fraser (as well as moonlighted with Alain Passard, Marc Meneau and Inaki Aizpitarte). He was on the first team from California to win Iron Chef, opened a small French wine bistro called 750ml with beautiful reviews and had a mention in the first Los Angeles Michelin Guide. He has an intimate knowledge of the the finer workings of high-end restaurants, having concepted and opened notable establishments Church and State (L.A.'s best new restaurant 2009) and Paley as the EC. After years of cooking and training as an artist he now shifts his focus to art direction for his namesake brand, HARDT.
Marjori Seril has a background in fine leather goods and accessories design, having sold her namesake brand in renowned retail establishments such as Barney's NY and Joyce Boutique HK to name a few. She cut her teeth designing denim with Adriano Goldschmied. As an independent designer, she concepted and launched Seril, an accessories brand created for the "stealth wealth” market, a category she describes as above premium and near luxury. Currently she heads the creative and design direction for HARDT while simultaneously working on the re-launch of Seril. The Metropolitan Museum of Art maintains an original design by Seril, 'the Knockout', in their permanent collection.
